1. Optimization of high-density wiring space

-Pain point: The internal space of data center cabinets, server clusters, and switches is extremely tight, requiring miniaturization and modular solutions.   

Our solution:

Miniature connector: Provides small metal (brass/stainless steel) or nylon connectors such as M8/M12/M16, suitable for high-density ports (such as QSFP optical modules, server power interfaces).   

Thin design: Low profile joints reduce space occupation and optimize airflow channels.   

Flexible management of corrugated pipes: Small diameter corrugated pipes (⌀ 4mm - ⌀ 12mm) are grouped to protect jumper wires and reduce clutter.   

Application scenarios: Cable management at the back of servers, TOR switch port panels, fiber optic patch panel (ODF) jumper protection.

2. Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and zero signal interference

Pain points: GPU clusters and high-frequency switches generate electromagnetic interference, leading to signal attenuation and increased bit error rates.   

Our solution:

Metal joint/armored joint: Provides 360 ° electromagnetic isolation with>90dB shielding effectiveness, and is key for shielding server power input ports (preventing interference leakage). Protect high-speed signal lines (25G/100G Ethernet InfiniBand)。  

Grounding integration design: seamless connection between metal joints and cabinet grounding system to enhance overall EMC performance.   

Application scenarios: GPU server cabinet, high-speed switch inlet and outlet, edge computing gateway.

3. Efficient heat dissipation and thermal management

Pain point: High power equipment (single cabinet>20kW) needs to maximize heat dissipation efficiency, and connectors must not obstruct the air duct.   

Our solution:

Optimization design for porosity: Metal joints use hollow locking nuts, while nylon joints reduce physical volume and lower airflow resistance.   

High temperature resistant materials: Nylon joints (temperature resistance>120 ℃), stainless steel corrugated pipes (temperature resistance>300 ℃) suitable for high temperature areas.   

Thermal conduction assistance: Metal joints help with local heat conduction and prevent hot spot accumulation.   

Application scenarios: High density server cabinet inlet, liquid cooled cabinet cable penetration point.

4. Fire safety and compliance certification

Pain point: The risk of fire spreading in the computer room is high, and it needs to meet the world's top fire prevention standards.   

Our solution:

Flame retardant material: Nylon joints/corrugated pipes have been certified by UL94 V-0, NFPA 262 (Plenum grade), and EN 45545-2 (rail transit).   

Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH): Compliant with ISO 6722 standard, non-toxic smoke release in fire.   

Fireproof sealing integration: The joint cooperates with fireproof mud/expansion sealant to ensure the integrity of cable penetration holes for fire protection.   

Application scenarios: Space under elevated floors/ceilings in data centers, and micro module machine rooms.

5. Physical protection and cable safety

Pain point: Cable interruption caused by trampling, squeezing, or rodent bites (especially at edge nodes)

Our solution:

Explosion proof armored joint: provides IK10 impact protection for outdoor edge equipment, resisting external damage.   

Wear resistant corrugated pipe: PA/PUR corrugated pipe covers exposed cable sections to prevent wear (such as underfloor wiring).   

Tensile armor locking: The armor joint fixes the cable armor layer and can withstand a tensile force of>1000N.   

Application scenario: edge computing box inlet, outdoor cabinet, data center cold channel underfloor cable.

6. Adaptability to harsh environments

Pain point: Edge devices deployed in high temperature, humid, salt spray environments (such as factories, coastal areas)

Our solution:

IP6X/IPX9 sealing: 316 stainless steel joints resist salt spray, nylon joints resist UV aging

Corrosion resistant corrugated pipe: PP/PVDF corrugated pipe resistant to chemical corrosion (suitable for industrial edge nodes)

Application scenarios: Smart factory edge servers, coastal 5G base station supporting data center boxes
